PRIVATE CLASSES

 

In your private yoga practice with Riji, you will focus on breath awareness, through various kriyas (cleansing techniques), specifically chosen pranayama (breathing) techniques, and a deeper exploration of breath flow through an organically tailored asana (posture) series.  The practice will be rooted in, and evolve and expand from, the wisdom of your personal physical histories, in collaboration with the present individual experiences of your body, mind, and heart.  Your session will always end with savasana and a seated concentration that may lead you into a higher meditative state of consciousness.
